Operations of Machine

  1. Operator Duties

  1. The operator will maintain an overview of the entire machine.

  2. Drain the water trap as required.

  3. Top up the carton magazine as required.

  4. To set the machine as per required carton size.

  5. Conduct timer T1 Values in PLC by buttons provided on it as per speed changes.

  6. Manually load the cartons.

  7. Manually insert the product.

2. Auto Start Up Procedure

  • Check Green indication lamp on Start button is continuous blinking means machine is reset, otherwise see chapter 6 fault finding.

  • Press the START button to reset the machine.

  • Turn the VACUUM CONTROL switch to the ON position.

4. Restart After an Emergency Stop Procedure

  • Open the guards and clear out any carton.

  • Cartons that have fallen off the Plucker cups.

  • Release the EMERGENCY STOP button.

  • Press the START button to reset the machine.

3. End Production Run Procedure

  • Turn the VACUUM CONTROL switch to the OFF position.

  • Once the machine empties out press the STOP button.
