1.2. Infeed Conveyor - 1 Assembly Operation

All types of cheese products will be fed onto the Infeed Conveyor-1 either manually or from an upstream process.

The Infeed Conveyor-1 is equipped with a motor-driven belt that transfers the cheese products smoothly toward the next station. The conveyor runs continuously or in coordination with downstream equipment, depending on the operational mode.

The conveyor indexes when the downstream system (such as robot pick station) is in a ready position to receive the product. Product flow is controlled by the conveyor drive and machine logic, ensuring that cheese products are delivered at the correct spacing and timing.
